The space
The Gwendolyn is a freshly reconstructed space, so it not only feels new, it actually is. We currently provide a Queen sized bed, and Queen sized sleeper couch with comfy modern decor, a large living/dining room, main bedroom, modern kitchen, and backdoor entry access. We can host up to 2 guests in our shared space. The kitchen is also stocked with all necessary tableware, cookware & appliances.
We aim to provide as many “creature comforts” as possible for you to feel like you are right at home.
Guest access
We provide a cutting edge high tech entrance to the unit, key pad access with personal entry code. You are welcome to access the all unlocked spaces in this living unit.
All check in details will be provided to you, please be sure to stay in contact with us in order to give you all the necessary details.
Other things to note
We are strong believers in AIRBNB as a global community, we look forward to meeting so many amazing people and we feel fortunate that we can provide an experience to live like a local during your stay.
House is absolutely non-smoking, but you may use the back yard. Street parking is available as well with no alternate side parking in effect. Note that house is not child-proof (e.g., stairs do not have gates).
On site parking will be available upon request, this will ensure you don’t have to worry about your rental or personal vehicle’s condition during your stay.
Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detector will conduct a safety test during the morning hours which will make a loud sound. Don’t be startled as this is for your safety as a guest.
Temperature control will be through Fujitsu Split Unit A/C, Fire Place with built in heating, and a Dyson Heat + Cool /Air Purification device.
